PRICES, QUALITY, INSURANCE & OTHER INFO 

SIZES
If you are not familiar with millimetre sizes simply divide millimetres by 10 to convert to centimetres or divide millimetres by 25.4 to convert to inches. The following table may be useful.

QUALITY
Many compromises have to made in order to display photos of Veronica's works on the internet and have them download onto your screen in a reasonably short period of time. Please be 100% assured that the actual appearance of any originals or prints you receive will be hugely better than the images you have seen during your perusal of the on-line catalogue.

Watercolour originals were painted on top quality rag watercolour paper of between 190 gsm and 300 gsm weight. Oil painting originals are on either high quality canvas or high quality oil canvas paper. In the case of all printed reproductions, high quality card stock of 200 gsm weight is used.

PRICES
All painting and print prices are sold in Australian dollars. Converted prices for other currencies as shown in our website are close estimates only. They are based on a conversion table which we update on a regular basis. The converted price which appears on your credit card statement is determined by your credit card company however and may prove to be a little lower or higher than the estimates shown in our website.

Gallery prices only apply to those purchasers able to collect purchased works directly from Veronica's studio in Buderim or exhibition locations in Eumundi and elsewhere.

LETTER CARDS
These cards are reproductions of Veronica's original paintings in folded card format. A pack of cards comprises 10 unique letter cards with 10 white envelopes within a clear package. They are ideal for personal use and make a perfect gift idea also.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES
Purchasing multiple items in the one order will save considerable postage costs. We will charge you postage on the most expensive item and then waive any postage on the next five items you are purchasing. In other words, items 2 to 6 will be invoiced at the "Studio price" which is free of postage costs.

GALLERIES & PRINT RETAILERS
If you are a bona-fide gallery or picture trade outlet Veronica Robilliard will consider reasonable trade discounts. It is also possible for you to request that prints or originals to be delivered complete with a white matt and enclosed in a clear cellophane seal for protective purposes in a display environment.

INSURANCE
Airmailed prices for Original Paintings" also include insurance cover. Sales of prints do NOT include insurance.

POSTAGE
For simplicity sake postage the "airmailed prices" shown in the "Works For Sale" area of the website are uniform throughout the world. We win a bit here and lose a bit there but it all works out for us in the end.

PACKAGING
Both original paintings and prints are shipped in a stout cardboard tube. This shipment method has proven to be a very safe and reliable method.
